In response to your question I can only say that his con game is continuing. Alvin Snaper was on the line and called him a con man, who has written bad checks all over the country, having committed serious stock fraud, made claims that a 65% -35% joint venture with BC Research/Nxcell does not exist, told him to come down to Vegas to face the warrant for his arrest, and added that Power Technology would end up with absolutely nothing. LB's response was silence. A deal with someone in the UK, as it was touted by LB, was never mentioned. When asked about Arctic Power and the Swedes, he claimed that Wolf Myerfeld never consummated the deal. All he really pushed was PWTC's JV with Nxell.
My take on all of this is that PWTC will never go anywhere as long as this smooth talking con artist is running the company.
