Well, SOMEONE bought 60 million PHXI shares in 5 minutes yesterday right before the close. We will have to see if the buying spills over into today's trading, but PHXI has a developed business plan and appears to be growing revenues rapidly. For a .0004 stock, I bought last week and will hold awhile, a few million shares, and it wasn't me buying at the close yesterday.
