Rocky - can you provide us a summary of what ACTC still has outstanding, in terms of lawsuits, SEC investigations, etc, and what the likely outcomes are for those?
Far as I am aware we have one lawsuit not settled and the SEC investigation, every thing else has been cleared up. We also have over 24 million dollars cash to use and it should take us well into 2014. I never said we was getting a JV next week...
