Why would anyone JV with ACTC? They might do it in a year or 2 when the expense of a trial is almost done but you would be hard pressed to get someone to take on half the debt and liability of ACTC without some kind of ability to benefit. ACTC has too much against it right now to JV Too many law suits too many shares too long still left in the trials and too much dilution to come.
Any JV would take advantage of the company and ACTC would never get their moneys worth.
