A sale of 5,000 shares of BIEL a few minutes ago worth $9.00, yes, $9.00, can lower the share price by 10% from $.0020 to $.0018, but transactions involving 94,082,159 on May 13 did not raise the share price at all, closing at a price of $.0018. How incredible is this?

As always, someone is buying the shares, but the price remains depressed? Hundreds of millions in the last couple of months. If it is more than market makers trading the crumbs and accumulating profits, how come?
