hi dig,

if an order swarm forms, then okay - well done ss. you made it in the end.

so other than that, i agree.

if they get a single major order, all it does is renew the last three years or so.

oh joy. more investment in telescopic development and new ongoing obligations wave cannot afford.

but we are being asked to consider things now. and you cannot make sensible decisions looking forwards towards speculative events. you have to work with what you know.

and what i know, looking over the last year is that ss said he had a pipeline, it yielded very little, dell revenues have been declining, the sales team produced a tiny sprinkling of upgrades, the cost structure expanded, operating cash flows were negative, they purchased a business for $12m which was worthless, they continued to develop scrambls which has no paying customers as far as anyone knows and advertised it on the side of an electric car, wave turned out to have ongoing obligations to keep developing when windows is upgraded, the directors got paid more while sleeping, and the managers were paid as if they are making a wonderful success of the business. meanwhile, the stock slumped and a reverse split is on the cards.

that is the reality. but folks like to make their decisions about platonic wave.

Digspace---How many "knocks...over the fence" would change your operational definition of "good management"?

The chronic criticisms of management by the many astute minds on this terrific board is not based, IMHO, on detached analysis, but rather expanding negative emotions directly tied to the share price. Rest assured that when S. Sprague knocks it over the fence there will not be one tiny peep about management issues.
