The TECO snowball of liability has begun to roll.

NEXT WEEK.

I think they have finally gone to the well, once too many times.

As they say..

I think Treaty messed this one up from the beginning or sent the wrong young man to the Secretary of State in Indiana to set this up. C & C Petroleum Management, LLC was set up as an LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) meaning that whoever owns it is also a member with a specific % interest. When it was sold to Treaty about a week later and announced publicly 4-01-2011 the same two guys (Brian D. Luczywo and Stephen L. York)went to Texas on 4-19-2011 and started the company name there for some reason then stayed on as the owners/managing members until January 20, 2012 whch the registered agent was changed to Treaty Energy and on April 23, 2012 new Treaty guys were put on as owner/managing members (Bruce Gwyn and Lee C. Schlesinger. According to both Indiana and Texas laws Treaty Energy Corporation has never been a member or owner of these/this Limited Liability Corporation. But yet they claim they paid hundreds of thousands to purchase it...

Treaty could not liquidate this business, it would have to be Gwyn and Schlesinger because they are the owners of record in Texas right now. The owners in Indiana were York and Luczywo through March of 2013.

STRANGE AND WILL get even more strange as facts of where this new company got those oil leases to sell to Treaty.
