I have been thinking about this,
1. The legal question is TECO legally responsible for the (9)
wells that they did not drill? TRRC says Yes.
2. Corporation transfers are what TECO did. In March 2012.
Assets and all monies were in the transfer of the Nevada Corporations. I'm sure TECO has consulted a Corporate Lawyer however, It is my opinion that TECO could liquidate a Corporation totally and transfer monies and assets to the Mother Corporation Treaty Energy. The Question is during the liquidation of a defunct Corporation do the leases that Corporation held have the same rules that TRRC says they have to follow. Corporation laws are much different than simply Business Law.
That as far I'm going tonight, still thinking.
Go TECO
