They can max out the OS then add any amount of shares they want. Don't be surprised if a month from now LATF is sitting with a fat 1B share AS.

This is what these folks do, hijack a shell, PR some phenomonal news, then dump. Rinse, wash, repeat.

Even if only half the shares traded today was dilution that an easy $150,000 in the pockets of Nguyen and his scammers. Derek Nguyen, Thu Le, Nick Le, Robinson To, Ken To, etc., etc..... no matter what name they choose to use, they will scam every last penny out of you.
