Correct. If you're looking for a great trade, once VERT is lifted you will see a T trade either during or just after market hours, then it's blue skies. Their cost basis is almost zero.

they can only hold up to 4.9% so it shouldn't be more then 25 MM shares which we're getting close to IMO.
