Snackman

It is not unreasonable to have discussions about management's execution of the business plan. There have been strong points and weak points. The board serves a place for those to share points of view. As you know they surely can't discuss these matters with spouses - we've had enough divorces.

SNACKMAN, I have been to zero shareholder meetings. Why do you ask? Does one have to attend SHMs to be a worthwhile shareholder or to express a credible opinion? (And I probably won't ever be able to attend any SHM - or Wavoid gathering either - due to my inability to travel because of a very restrictive medical situation. If we DO eventually make Vegas, I probably won't be able to...as much as I used to love that place!)

I listen to CCs. I have not gotten on the line. Again, does my lack of publicly questioning SKS have some impact on my credibility, or right to express an opinion on a message board?

I have emailed a time or two in the rather distant past, but I am not one to "bother" CEO's.

But I don't think my lack of comfort (or displeasure) with the financial condition of Wave has anything to do with whether or not I've participated in any of these things.

What are you getting at, please?
