and ONCE AGAIN, they FAILED to give us the # of outstanding shares
past the end of the Q...
"Number of shares of Cord Blood America, Inc. common stock, $0.0001 par value, outstanding as of March 31, 2013,
647,592,183 exclusive of treasury shares."

The last time they did that (on Nov 14, 2012)
it was to hide the fact that shares were already flying out the door,
from their freshly printed shares.

I would guess that the reason this time,
is to hide the fact that they are virtually OUT OF SHARES.

So NOT ONLY is the TA gagged, but the CONpany fails to report the number of outstanding shares properly...
Hhmmmm...

When is the RS + AS INCREASE???
