Think if SKS were distracted finding BOD members relevant in today's business, Wave would probably if lost less? Change is good and to post BOD mix up would be a company embarrassment is your opinion. Company's change directors ALL the time with no problem. Most cases just the opposite. My opinion is sp embarrassing and scares more customers off than anything.
No change is same as endorsing waves failures as acceptable. So when ya tell all the peeps to vote yes for no change, just ask them how happy they are since last years round if all yes votes?
