I would be agreement with your opinion PennyPicksPro if we didn't have all these bubbles inflating around us. Since 2000 and the repeal of Glass/Steagal, the markets have changed greatly and greater so since 2008. Add to that the high speed algo trading and hyper influence by MMs and it can seem like a casino.
Were Congress to reimplement Glass/Steagal, then one wouldn't need a crystal ball to see the big picture, IMO.
Penny Plays are not joined at the hip to NYSE or NASDAQ and were those markets deflating, I think BMSN would still be the gem it is now.
