Wow, it just gets funnier and funnier. First Amarant said they owned an 85% interest, and MDMN didn't dispute it. Now MDMN claims the deal has been terminated and Amarant call BS.

I love the phrase "through various web postings". Maybe that's how they do legal business in Chile, but it probably won't stand up in court.

Amarant will probably threaten to make the entire deal public and MDMN will back down.

Given Amarant's/Ulander's very shaky ground right now, this will be rather entertaining to watch play out over the next few weeks.

So now what? Will they be tied up in court for the next five years?
