Look on the bright side, a protracted legal battle will afford the BOD the opportunity to take many trips to Europe and Chile to clear up the mess. I hear the meatballs are smashingly good in Sweden and the Curanto in Chile is to die for.

Begs the question, who will finance all these junkets? My guess is a couple hundred million more in dilution. Oh the humanity.
