GERS has multiple patents for the backend extraction of corn oil for use in biodiesel fuel. The latest "037" patent was just upheld at a Markman hearing the other day. ANYONE well versed in the biodiesel/corn oil/ethanol industry knows that. The question isn't whether the patents are real, it is how many plants are extracting the corn oil using infringing methods and not paying for the use of those methods.
