GERS has multiple patents for the backend extraction of corn oil for use in biodiesel fuel. The latest "037" patent was just upheld at a Markman hearing the other day. ANYONE well versed in the biodiesel/corn oil/ethanol industry knows that. The question isn't whether the patents are real, it is how many plants are extracting the corn oil using infringing methods and not paying for the use of those methods.

If you believe, as the Greeks did, that man is at the mercy of the gods, then you write tragedy... But if you believe that man can solve his own problems and is at nobody's mercy, then you will probably write melodrama.
