FACT. Check with TA shows no change in SS. In fact it has been stated that there are less shares outstanding. Also stated that the float is less than 153 mil.
In my opinion they used these compensation guys as a way to get the IPRU name out there to potential buyers. Company has stated via email that they were NOT selling shares and doesnt know who is. They also stated no new shares have been issued to ANYONE. TA check by Georgie has confirmed this in my eyes.
