Chaya...thanks for the updates and responses. As people "not in the game", but sitting on the sidelines, I can understand some people's concerns as they read the defendants comments. But truth is truth, and your reassurances put the light on it. This stock is a once in a life time event. Thus the apprehension. Many of those I mention Smartmetric to shake their heads and walk away in unbelief...a penny stock going to a dollar stock in months....due to a fight against Visa and Mastercard. Don't believe it, they tell me. Their loss...I remain a believer!!

Dear Chaya,

You got Little Miss Understood... roaring, Shiner.. glowing and you got me thinking.

In the documents presented by the defendants lots of attention was given to the damages claims.
I see that as a positive as it gives the impression that the infringement of the patent is seen as a fait accompli.

Do the defendants think that they can infringe on a patent without paying any damages or royalties?

Such ruling would open up a can of worms IMO.

I don t have any expert knowledge of legal matters but this is the way it comes across to me ( and hopefully to members of a jury if it gets to that stage).
