Dear Board,

As you know we are in one if the largest legal battles of our day. We are up against, by dollar turnover the two largest financial institutions in the world. They have engaged outside law firms, one if which is the largest law firm in the United States. If this is the best they can come up with I am very heartened. It appears that I personally have become the focus of attack. This doesn't bother me. They have taken their best shot and they haven't laid a glove on the centre of our case. I will not go into all the details of our rebuttal that is about to be filed with the Court. I will say this, another technologist didn't complete college. He went on to found one the most successful Software companies in the world. And no one would question his expertise in analyzing figures. I to had to make a choice very early in my life. And I chose to found my first software company which I sold a few years later for a large sum of money. I don't intend to go into all my successes in my business life here but I will say I have much to be very proud of. We are in the fight of the century and I will take the punches with dignity. Let them keep swinging like a desperate boxer lashing out and not landing one damaging blow. Regarding meeting timing deadlines it was one of the Card companies that played dirty pool by dumping 1,000,000 pages of our documents on our desk one week before the deadline of reports. It is they who misrepresented to the court in saying that the withheld documents were confidential when we know they weren't. Dirty tricks that the Judge should see through. Relying on dirty tricks because they don't have a tenable defense in our opinion.

We will be filing our response to their filing shortly.

Kind regards all,
Chaya.
