ok, so you weren't talking about NNVC. In a conversation about Phase III trial costs for NNVC, your mention of tripling share count applied to everybody but NNVC.

This statement was made in the context of debating the cost of phase III trials for Flucide

It will be some period of time after that before the FDA gives IND approval. So, if all goes reasonably well I hope to see phase I trials start early in 2015
