Note the use of the indefinite article. I said "a drug developer", not "Nanoviricides". My point was simply that no matter how expensive phase III tests were a company could in principle pay for them by diluting its shares sufficiently, at a cost to its existing shareholders. This statement was made in the context of debating the cost of phase III trials for Flucide, but nowhere in that statement was I making a claim about what the cost of Flucide phase III trials would be, or how many shares NNVC would have to sell to pay for them.
