I don't think so either, not even the slightest inclination. The first go about for Iconic Brands/Iconic Imports ended in a disaster due to the slumping economy. Richard was approached by investors interested in the ICNB shell. These are the same investors putting up money to get this company current. There is a master plan in the works here. We will see the details very soon. This is Richard's opportunity to give back to those shareholders who lost their investment before. He has stated in person to Beachbum and in emails to me that he doesn't have to be here, but he felt obligated to the investors to turn this ship around. He is here for us. He is making things happen for us, despite being advised by his attorney to get out of ICNB. Richard has been nothing short of a gentleman. I believe him and his word. I believe he is looking out for us. He has always been prompt and courteous in his communications. It is going to happen!

You don't need to be a "scammer" to make a drastic business' change in direction. As far as I can see, Richard D hasn't said a word of a merger, whether yes or no, he hasn't said a word of how INCB is going to go around once all filings are done, if ever done..... etc., etc...

If something goes awry here don't blame him, blame those who have been pushing the stock, IMO.

I certainly don't think he's a scam artist either, in fact his track record points the other way. I am hoping that on at least one of your trips to the warehouse your paths will cross, so as to get a fresh perspective on the man and the direction he is headed with ICNB.
