No doubt it has taken a very long time for them to get their financials together and filed. But, hey look at the bright side, we may not have to pay short term capital gains on some of our holdings! I think things will really pick up soon. We are almost at the finish line with the filings. This may be the longest anyone has held a penny stock, but the wait is going to payoff here very soon. With filings done and CE removed, we should see a flurry of PRs, bringing much needed volume. Many are waiting to add more to their positions as soon as the CE is off and the company annouces it' future business direction. Just from the email exchanges with Steve and Richard over the past months, I can tell they are holding alot of PRs. My guess is they want the company current. Then they will announce a merger with United Spirits. After this, the PR machine will start up. I can see the finish line, can you?

Lack of PRs only reaffirms the belief that a merger is in the works. Why PR anything now? ICNB has no business/revenues. Everything is being done under the United Spirits name, a private company. The silence tells me that ICNB is waiting. Waiting for the financials to be completed. Waiting for the CE removal. At this time, a merger/acquisition can be announced and consummated. All the time and effort to become current is for reason. All the money being spent on the process is for a purpose. As Catch keeps saying, this is the only plausible solution and the only possible business move in the near term for ICNB. I believe it is going to materialize. There is too much momentum behind United Spirits being generated by Richard DeCicco for it to remain a private company. Is it coincidence that he is working so hard with United Spirits while at the same time, so much time, effort, money is being pumped into ICNB to make it current? Don't think so. ICNB, the wait will be worth it my friend!

This is true but the same can be said about lack of selling. We really have only had one day of someone dumping 100k+ shares in the past 8 months. So id rather be holding steady at this level and be able to blast off when current than have people bailing and bringing us down to a < 0.01 level (the usual w pennies) before blastoff.

I know a few people who were in the market (retirement accts) when it crashed and couldn't wait to break even. They sold as soon as they could and missed the HUGE gains this year.
That will probably happen here. I can see many bailing with a slight profit...and they will be kicking their own ass a month later.
