Can someone explain to me, Why does this have to fill a gap all the way down to .0014? why not gap it to .001 or the same thought process to .0008?

also if ppl keep flipping it from .002 to no higher than .0045 (and its been done a couple times now) why should anyone buy at .0045 (to enrich a flipper) why buy at .002 why not wait to .0014 .0013 or gap it to trips
