AC416, My opinion is that GLER is just purely being "retail" trading, meaning no dilution or other funky business. I further believe that skittish pennystock traders don't quite understand the 8-K Filings, both with respect to Frankel's Share Purchase Agreement and to the real estate acquisitions (of which 3 were announced so far), and therefore those retail traders continue to "flip" GLER for mere ticks when they should be holding for a massive and sustained run. IMO
