that being said, do u think the mms, are keeping this low for the purpose of aquiring the 90% of his shares..
if float is 498M, lets say 500 million....and he is to aquire 90%, which equates to approx 450 million shares at 2 million dollars, this means he is paying 0.00444 cents a share
who ever is doing the transaction and buying him the shares, can bring this down on purpose, buy the shares and pocket the difference...mms get a good deal the lower they keep it...
that being said, should we see an increase in price and volume before the 15th, or would this auto correct after the 15th based on my theorey that mms want to keep this low to sell it for a profit...
any views are welcome...
