am I reading this correctly that ONLY shareholders present at the meeting votes will count? if that's correct that makes this deal more shitty than I first thought and Simes and the whole BOD ARE CROOKS and should be prosecuted.
since my accident I have had at least 10 law firms connect me and a couple I am meeting with again. I should ask their opinion on this.
