That right there should be enough to keep "smart money" out of this POS for good. Wasn't the reason for the RSs to "increase shareholder value"? How'd she do on that? FAIL

They are marketing this as a way for past losers in ARNH to get their money back.

The chickie can't make up her damn mind as to what this imaginary company should be............. it was 2 RS's ago she was pumping and dumping the Automotive Resource Network which was a failure - now she's come up with a new way to get people to buy this worthless ticker...................... and people are buying - incredible.

Benosufan, I share your opinion regarding the preferred shares. They need to show assets on the balance sheet and this is the easiest way. It's easy because the value to us is zero as there is no cash outlay - it is a gift to supposedly make up for our historical losses on ARNH. The value to anyone else is seeing preferred shares owned at 2.50 per share. They must also strive to put other assets on the balance sheet - like airline companies, mobile homes etc. If they suceed the balance sheet will look good but only because it is distorted from the preferred shares. They then under write a new offering and guess who exits first - with roughly 40% of the offering.

It's the fanciest pump and dump I have EVER seen or heard of.

I just cannot believe people are falling for it... I really need
to get in this game. A shell costs what? 200K?

ARNH and Kathy are so money hungry. Lets convert a bunch of common
shareholders to preferred this way we can R/S what is left, and
for the next year completely dump on new holders with our fancy
looking balance sheet!

So, if I understand you correctly you are saying this is all cooking the books to look like there is greater shareholder equity by giving us preferred shares at an exagerated price? I just want to be able to sell those shares and walk away with my initial investment intact that's all. How this will all play out is left to be seen. There is all kinds of talk that no brokerage firm will accept the new preferred shares. I know by the past board threads that some are checking with E-Trade (Mine) and others. I don't think anyone will make out like a bandit, but maybe we can recoup our collective losses in time?
