When I was but a boy, my father told me, "Son, never underestimate the power of human stupidity." That is the most useful piece of advice I ever got for trading penny stocks.

Integral, you have done a great job of informing many on the SKTO board and I have learned a great deal about Delaware.

There are many investors that appreciate your input - but SKTO is a press release and forum promotion. Those that made you mad were either promoters or Kool-Aid drinkers and they don't know any better.

But remember, this is a Hipple and Jan shell - they don't want a new shell as they have no intentions of operating a real company. The acquisitions aren't real - it is just part of the pump.

It's amazing to me that Sterling is hanging his hat on the fact that the 2000 10SB-12g does not say explicitly, that it is a "shell"...although it says quite clearly

We have not commenced any operational activities other than initial corporate formation and capitalization, the selection and acquisition of our domain name, www.slabsdirect.com, the preparation of preliminary design specifications for our vertical trade community and the development of a beta Website.

...and if you look at subsequent 10KSB filings it doesn't move off dead center.

I'd love to see who wrote the opinion letter to get the legends removed....

...you don't suppose it was one Robert Hipple?

Don't let the pumpers get you down. You could say the sky is blue, but as long as their company PR's the sky is red, they will never admit otherwise.

It really isn't the pumper clowns you are trying to convince of the facts. It is all the lurkers that just read looking for information. Academic studies have shown that for every poster on an internet board, there are 20-30 people who just read. It is really for those people that presenting the facts about a company are so important. And many of them do listen, even if they don't post or don't tell you so. I don't get that many PM's thanking me for presenting factual information about these companies, but the ones I do get are almost always from someone who never, or nearly never, posts anything. They are out there, and the facts do make a difference.
