Why do companies go public? The right reason is to raise money so they can grow their business.

Before GTGP can ever get a contract from the Federal Government they will be required to submit a financial disclosure statement. The government does not want to be issuing contracts to companies that are not financially sound.

Be honest with yourself. Do you think GTGP can make a case for being financially sound? Much, if not all of Fallacaro's cash is probably going to fund J3.

You are probably right about why GTGP being so far behind with their filings is due to the cost of preparing then. Hundreds of thousands of dollars.

IMO, GTGP is in a Catch 22. Can't afford to file. Can't get off the Greys until they file. On the Greys, can't can't sell enough shares to become financially sound.
