EGOC has never filed with the SEC, which is why it's a Pink Sheet stock, in spite of years of promises (for which read deliberate lies) that it's on the brink of filing a Form 10 and "uplisting".

In fact EGOC is now delinquent with even its minimal OTC Markets filing requirements, which is why it's been downgraded to "Yield" status:
