IMO all this Iraq/CDMA press tends to expose a self serving qualcomm, and set them up for further isolation on the world stage.

It is my understanding that all CDMA patents don't go through qualcomm. Important ones, yes, but those are nearing an end.

Maybe this is the reason for all the rumble?
