GLDN - is pleased to report that it has extended its Hoyle North Property option agreement signed on February 28, 2012. Under the agreement Gold Dynamics was to make a $15,000 payment on its 1-year anniversary. The Company has paid $7,500 and will pay the final installment of $7,500 on June 1, 2013.
