They are a fully reporting company with the SEC. Unlikely they would put out misleading info which could get them in trouble with the SEC.

You will not find anything on an IND application, even if you have the IND number. INDs are not available as public information by the FDA. IND applications are considered private to the company ONLY until after the IND has been approved AND the company has entered it into clinical trials!!
