Agreed! Many who play pre-Markman have zero interest in the actual case. They play the pre-hearing momo and bail without ever really doing any DD. That's a very safe play but in my opinion limits any real upside. Also, those who blog, write articles, or even post on iHub with any sort of following can easily dictate that kind of momentum and jump in and out of plays ahead of the masses making serious bank. I was one who had initially planned to sell most of my shares before the hearing and just let a little ride. But the more I read, the more I like this case. I started buying in the mid .20's and have averaged up to the mid 30's. While I do have a more conservative pre-Markman target than most (.70-.90), there is still no need to be greedy, so I will sell something. At the moment, however, the only guarantee is that I will sell enough to recover my initial investment. I won't decide until about three weeks out how much to let ride on Tribble, but it will be at least 50% of what I'm holding unless some new information sways my opinion of the case.
