How about we send an email to each and every email address from the Thailand Bankok IEEE / Asia Pacific Region website that we can get our hands on?

I don't know if my emails were canned into their spam folder or not because I kept getting mailer-daemon / undeliverable errors for a week or so and I sent those as a bulk email blind carbon copy.

However, the few replies I DID get back didn't seem very positive... to say the least.
