The IRS would be more interested in a personal audit of Mr Kimmons. Living your life on the tax free expenses of a company that has never made a penny or paid a penny in taxes is frowned upon. I think the IRS would like to know how he pays his bills on the tiny salary he claimes to make. You can mess with a lot of people but the IRS is not on that list. GLTK.
