Not good or bad. As was stated earlier, nice to see the OS published in a company doc. However, it looks like Koos is trying to consolidate control of the company using the preferred shares approach which out voice common shares. It is not stated as to who will be receiving said shares and what service or cash amount was provided, so, hard to say if we, the share holders, received fair treatment in this deal. Too many unknowns.
