I would expect that you are already aware that ROchon has setup dynasty trusts for his children consisting of only CVSL stock. I would expect that you are familiar with the dynasty trust model, and what it entails. Not sure if any of the leaders of JCOF at one time were CEOs of Mary Kay or the larges shareholders of AVON..oh wait, yes, I am sure. Not sure if Rochon has access to assets and capital that would allow him not to issue more shares in order to make major acquisitions..oh, wait, I am sure. Either make a bet that its going to work or make a bet that its not, and move on.

One thing is for sure, JR has learned and picked up a lot of valuable entrepreneurial skills to get to the point where we are today. Everything so far having to do with the formation and operation of CVSL has been done with the utmost of integrity, honor and professionalism the likes of which I challenge you to find another company like this in the pinks that is destined to rocket to NASDAQ. $CVSL

That was Pure's failure a few years ago. Nasdaq: PURE...a complete failure due to management. Fn' shame....some still blame IV7 direct...what a laugh at that.

Pure Bio has a good product...they just do not get marketing....Rochon forced the hand with the proxy....and he'll steal the assets when appropriate. Feel bad for investors there. IV-7(mlm) was pulled for the most part. It is still being sold though..hard to understand.

Pure Bio(company) needs to be sold so the product can sell.
