I would expect that you are already aware that ROchon has setup dynasty trusts for his children consisting of only CVSL stock. I would expect that you are familiar with the dynasty trust model, and what it entails. Not sure if any of the leaders of JCOF at one time were CEOs of Mary Kay or the larges shareholders of AVON..oh wait, yes, I am sure. Not sure if Rochon has access to assets and capital that would allow him not to issue more shares in order to make major acquisitions..oh, wait, I am sure. Either make a bet that its going to work or make a bet that its not, and move on.
