I was not trying to put words in your mouth. That is why I was requesting clarification. I agree that printing shares is not good in general for the company.

Gosh, Trunk, I hope someone will keep saying printing more shares is never good for SP and neither is selling them to LJC for fractions of a penny. I would hate to lose any voice from that direction on the board. JMHO. I like the idea of asking management for a business plan and a shareholder value plan. IMO they aren't the same and are at some tension with one another. You have to balance growth in substance (my forte) with need for funding that doesn't negatively impact SP IMO. There is a tension there I think. JMO, IJO
