Do you even know what you are getting? Here's what I think will happen:

Let's say you currently have 1,000,000 shares with an avg price of .002, or $2000 invested. If Xfactor's formula is correct, this will convert to 800 shares of Pfd C's($2000/$2.50) which can be converted to 80,000,000 shares of a new common stock...worth $0.000025 per share!! Then comes the dreaded R/S of 1000 or 10,000:1 and you'll be sitting on only 80,000 or 8000 shares. Yea, the pps will be $0.025 or $0.25...but how long do you think it will stay there? If they dilute it back down to trips, you'll have enough left to go out to dinner...but maybe only at McDonald's!
