GOOG is about to run out of rope! They "might" request oral argument on the RR motion, but I don't think the judge is interested in hearing it and will rule on submission. Not much else they can file now as the deadlines have passed. Still have the motion for costs to get ruled on as well as the motion for prejudgment and postjudgment interest. I think those are fully replied to. They "might" possibly yield some other type of filing related to them, but I think they're ripe for ruling. We're very close to the end of the trial court trail here. I think the Court's business will be fully concluded by the end of the week of May 20th.
