Putting on my evil defendant hat, the only thing I could think of was a motion to stay proceedings to implement a work around. I dont think this ploy is likely or will be successful, especially because I think there is no work around that does not infringe. I almost didnt post this because I dont want to give GOOG any ideas, but decided better we on the board not be shocked in the unlikely event such a motion is filed.

That is exactly what they will do, request oral argument and try to bring up the work around to the judge at that time, now if judge was crooked maybe he timed the ruling today and the ten days to take us past the 17th of may when google claims the code is avail. Just thinking thats all, but i understand that a work around needs to be filed for a special hearing and gets a new case number, anyone know if that is correct? Because if it is than nothing can stop the rr judgement now! Good news today but still don't trust the judge, if he gives us at least 3.5 then he is good anything less means i wAs right about him. I feel we get 5.5 been saying it way before others claimed 5 etc!!
