"would want", sure, but the cost of supporting these one-at-a time sales would be completely off the wall. For example, I owned a small cable TV company years ago. At that time I wouldn't sell Cable to Private homes because the cost of wiring and maintaining could never be overcome.. I would only build systems for hi-density populations
(multi-story apartments). The cost to wire a 20 story building with several apt's on each floor brought the per-customer cost down to a point where it became profitable in a very short time..
