The financing occurred when it was required and Wave doesn't control the flow of information. Does anyone actually believe Wave withheld announcement in am attempt to keep the price down and receive the least in proceeds?

The expectation should have been, no news and a PP around $.65 and a short term sell off.

I guess in reality, one should have expected a number of this community to be "Shocked" at the PP.
