Run, BULL!, Indy has been totally upfront from the beginning and I enjoy his enthusiasm/ insight for the technology and management.

runandadd, Indy has posted who he works for and given instructions as to where to locate his identity on their web site. A Google search using that name will offer up plenty of information on him.

Indy and I have communicated from his personal email address, and from his Ashland University email address. Although I've never met him in person, I've found nothing to indicate he is someone other than who he claims to be.

I know a couple of posters have met him in person, so perhaps they can share their experience to resolve your concerns.

I know many of us wonder why he appeared here when he did, starting discussions about the technology, combat tactics, and how smaller companies in this industry work together. For a time I was suspicious he was a company plant. Now I believe if the company did initiate his involvement with the shareholders, it wasn't to pump the stock but to help educate us on how and why the company might pursue the tactical UAV niche. Whatever the reasons for his appearance, I think we're better off as shareholders because of it. I've learned a lot and now have a better understanding of the direction the company is headed in the near term. It's clear his involvement with WSGI gives him access to insider information, but he's been very open about that, the NDAs he's had to sign, and the boundaries of what he can and cannot discuss. That's a pretty find line to walk, but that doesn't make the discussion efforts inappropriate.

If Indy is now considering taking part in the private placement, he must see real promise in where the company is headed. I'd really like to see him make a great return on his investment as well as his satisfaction for helping a struggling company succeed. Any funding received from private placement is funding the company doesn't have to get from the toxic La Jolla Cove source.

No offense taken, Run. I think Trunk's analysis of and warning about the risk here is good. If I take part in the private placement as Warp mentioned it will be with money I can afford to lose. I really don't know enough about share price factors to predict a direction. Do people really know or do they just convince themselves they do?

I wish I could get my predictions about company achievements separated from share price. If last August I had outlined the contracts, LTASCorp acquisition, addition of technical personnel, etc. that we have had since January 1 would you predict this share price? I suspect most would have predicted higher. I would have. I don't like going to conspiracy theories, though. But I sure am blind about shorting--it goes against my temperament. I rarely bet against anything, myself. Maybe it is shorting by LJC, maybe it is a lack of new retail investors. Maybe a butterfly flapped its wings in the Amazon basin--who knows?

So it is unwise IMO to make it a "given" that if I think Glenn is smart or the company is making good progress for the baseline they have started from then I think the SP will rise. I personally don't think like that. As to skepticism about my identity, that seems like a wise approach to life as well. Although why anyone would pretend to be me is unfathomable from my vantage point. LOL. Put if I am now cross wise with you and Pagan that would just suck. I like the honest skeptics here--they can't help but keep us all more honest IMO. JMHO. Best regards, IndyJonesOhio

Run just querious? Did you consider yourself an insider back then ,being you were "lucky to meet someone who knew everything what Huff was up to and everything else"?

Personally don't consider either of you insiders, just good due dilligence on both of your parts.
