First off this isn't a document from the court . But just for laughs we will use this information you have provided.
If JORGE LOPEHANDIA was named the legal owner of Mina Pascua in 2006 why doesn't HIS NAME appear ANYWHERE is this information.....especially after 2006?? I can tell you why, because he does not own Mina Pascua. Your going off the assumption that what JL says about his and Villar's business relationship is true...thats your first mistake. So I say it again, show me the Supreme court DECISION where Jorge Lopehandia was named owner of Mina Pascua. You can't and either can Jorge Lopehandia because it never happened. When this house of cards eventually falls in I am not sure if I will feel sorry for you all..... or laugh my butt off.
